The work of the Small Schools Group

At present there are 91 schools with under 120 pupils and 35 schools with under 70 pupils which we classify as very small schools. The interests of all of the 91 small schools are supported by the work of the Small Schools Group which meets regularly to discuss everything from funding to national issues affecting small schools.
