Rainforest Week at Eastcombe Primary School .

All the pupils at Eastcombe Primary School enjoyed a week of varied activities based upon the theme of 'Rainforests'. In mixed-age groups (4 - 11) of nine children the pupils rotated through a series of activities involving cooking, model-making, mask-making, painting, making large-scale insects and helping with scenery for the end of term production of 'Yanamamo'. Class 2 also spent a morning cooking at Thomas Keble School, the local secondary school, to take advantage of their superior facilities.
